Job summary

Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to supervise the Resident Services Department in our community. You will coordinate staff, administer medications per state guidelines, and ensure high-quality care for residents while partnering with the Life Guidance Director and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse.
• Experience in direct patient care.
• CPR/first aid knowledge and certification.
• Willingness to drive as needed.
• Flexible hours and scheduling ability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, develop, and schedule Resident Services staff according to policy.
• Establish and maintain a medication system in compliance with laws and guidelines.
• Provide activities of daily living assistance and resident support.
• Coordinate training and orientation for new staff and ongoing education.
• Collaborate with Life Guidance Director and families to ensure quality resident care.
