Job summary

United Surgical Partners International's Fish Pond Surgery Center is seeking a motivated Director of Nursing to lead the day-to-day operations of our outpatient surgery center, overseeing nursing leadership across five ORs and one treatment room.

The Director will drive regulatory compliance, infection control, quality and risk management, staff credentialing, and ongoing improvements in patient care and outcomes; reports to the ASC Regional Administrator.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
• Requires RN license in the state.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Preop/Pacu, ICU or Operating room experience.
• 2+ years strong leadership experience.
• Experience in a surgical services setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the outpatient surgery center.
• Lead nursing leadership across five OR rooms and one treatment room.
• Promote regulatory compliance, fiscal accountability, and policy development.
• Oversee infection control, quality and risk management, and survey readiness.
• Manage staff credentialing and evaluate performance.
