Job summary

East Portland Surgery Center, part of United Surgical Partners International, Inc, seeks a Clinical Director for Ambulatory Surgical Services. The role leads daily clinical operations across OR and Pre-OP/PACU, reports to the ASC Administrator, and drives policies, credentialing, and patient-care improvements.

The position requires active RN licensure in Oregon, BSN or higher, and at least two years of supervisory experience in outpatient surgery, with CPR/ACLS credentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing with active RN license in Oregon.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in outpatient surgery.
• Clinical leadership, teaching and risk-management capabilities are required.
• CPR and ACLS certification as issued by the AHA are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of clinical areas (OR and Pre-OP/PACU).
• Collaborate with ASC Administrator on policies and staff performance.
• Oversee credentialing, safety measures, and risk management.
• Improve patient care quality and operational efficiency.
