Job summary

Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a Director of Nursing for Same Day Surgery in Irvine, CA to lead ambulatory surgical services and advance patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, and an ADN or higher, with at least two years of perioperative nursing management experience; a BSN is preferred. You will oversee OR, Pre-Op, PACU, and GI services, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory readiness while fostering teamwork.

Qualifications

• RN licensure current and active.
• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Minimum 2 years perioperative nursing management experience.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care delivery across OR, Pre-Op, PACU and GI suite.
• Lead quality improvement, risk management and infection prevention.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and staff education.
• Guide a diverse clinical team with accountability and teamwork.
