Providence Holy Family Hospital seeks a collaborative and experienced Director of Nursing to lead nursing services. You will shape clinical operations, mentor managers, and drive quality, patient safety, and caregiver engagement in a Magnet-aligned culture.

Partner with the CNO to oversee inpatient, ED, critical care, and Family Maternity Center operations, including labor and delivery, postpartum, and NICU. Lead a team of six leaders supporting ~625 FTEs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.
• Master’s degree.
• Washington Registered Nurse license upon hire.
• Five years of nursing leadership experience.
• Ten or more years of nursing experience in an acute care environment.
• Leadership across multiple nursing departments or service lines.
• Experience coaching and developing emerging leaders.
• Experience with unionized labor relations.
• Strong operational leadership including budgeting and execution.
• Ability to use data to drive measurable quality or process-improvement initiatives.
• Ability to partner with the CNO and maintain accountability.
• Collaborative, trust-building leadership style.
• Ability to work across nursing, physicians, admin, and support services.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Nursing Operations across inpatient nursing, emergency services, critical care, and the Family Maternity Center.
• Maintain oversight of daily operations, staffing, productivity, capacity, throughput, quality, and goal execution.
• Develop and implement nursing action plans aligned with hospital and service area strategic plans.
• Monitor operating performance and adjust plans when financial, quality, or operational results vary from goals.
• Collaborate across nursing departments, including perioperative nursing partnerships.
• Participate in the rotating Administrator on Call schedule.
