Qualifications
- Must hold a BSN from an accredited program.
- California Registered Nurse license required at hire.
- Current BLS from American Heart Association at hire.
- Minimum 4 years of supervisory RN experience in acute care.
- Experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Neonatal care.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, organize and supervise Labor & Delivery personnel.
- Manage resources, staffing, and patient flow in a high-volume unit.
- Collaborate with physicians and other managers to ensure quality care.
- Lead initiatives for patient safety and clinical best practices.
