Providence is seeking a collaborative and operationally strong Director of Nursing to lead nursing services at Holy Family Hospital. This role will guide clinical operations, strengthen a developing manager team, and advance quality, patient safety, and caregiver engagement within a Magnet-aligned culture.

Working with the Chief Nursing Officer, the Director will oversee inpatient nursing, emergency services, critical care, and the Family Maternity Center, including labor and delivery,

Responsabilités

• Overall responsibility for nursing operations across multiple units and service lines.
• Implement the hospital's mission, standards, policies, and procedures while overseeing planning, budgeting, staffing, quality, leader development, and performance.
• Focus on highly reliable care, throughput, capacity management, productivity, and appropriate use of resources.
• Serve as Administrator on Call on a rotating basis with other directors and executives.
• Partner closely with the CNO to provide hands-on oversight of daily nursing operations and manager accountability.
