Job summary

HMG Healthcare LLC seeks a Director of Nurses (RN) to lead clinical operations across multiple facilities, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and the development of evidence-based policies and practices.

The role partners with medical and administrative leaders to align clinical services with organizational goals, drive regulatory compliance, and promote continuous quality improvement. Travel to affiliated facilities is required.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Texas.
• BSN degree or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience in LTC/SNF, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical standards, and quality improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinical services across corporate healthcare facilities to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies, protocols, and standards in compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with medical staff, nursing teams, and administrative leaders to coordinate care delivery and optimize clinical workflows.
• Oversee clinical quality improvement programs, including data analysis, performance metrics, and corrective action plans.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development opportunities to clinical staff to enhance skills and promote excellence.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
• Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes related to clinical services.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical teams and executive leadership to communicate priorities and challenges.
• Must be able to travel to area Kansas facilities (2).
