Qualifikationen

• RN license in Arkansas
• 4+ years of supervisory/managerial healthcare experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
• Knowledge of clinical operations, quality improvement, and healthcare compliance standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to travel frequently across multiple locations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with EHR systems
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
