Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• BSN degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing in LTC/SNF with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinical services across corporate facilities to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies, protocols, and standards in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, and admin leaders to optimize workflows.
• Oversee clinical quality improvement programs, including data analysis and action plans.
• Provide leadership and professional development to clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and organizational policies.
• Participate in strategic planning and budgeting for clinical services.
• Serve as liaison between clinical teams and executive leadership and travel to Kansas facilities.
