Job summary

The Colonnade Senior Living in Illinois seeks an experienced Nursing Leader to oversee care plans, monitor resident health and medications, and coordinate with physicians to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

You will develop policy standards, provide ongoing staff training, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations while promoting a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN licensure in state of practice.
• Minimum 3 years’ RN or LPN experience in assisted living or related field.
• Minimum 3 years leadership experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care plan implementation and evaluation for person-centered care.
• Monitor residents' health, medication administration, and coordinate with physicians.
• Develop and implement policies and standards to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to the healthcare team.
• Foster effective communication with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing care.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to improve care quality.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and drive improvements to the resident experience program.
