Hireology is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team in delivering high-quality resident care. You will guide clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with physicians to develop individualized care plans.

The DON will oversee staffing, payroll processes, records management, and provide on-floor leadership to maintain excellence in care delivery. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success.

Formación

• Must hold a current RN license in good standing in Texas.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
• Strong clinical skills with a restorative care approach.
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all nursing services in accordance with company, state, and federal guidelines.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance of nursing staff.
• Assist on the floor to maintain high-quality, direct patient care when needed.
• Approve payroll submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor resident records for accuracy and proper documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
• Ensure nursing staff have timely access to equipment and supplies.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to improve performance and outcomes.
