Overview

The Director of Nursing / Branch Director role will oversee the operations of our home health agency in Kennesaw, GA, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and compliance with Medicare regulations. In this role, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to our clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. This role requires a visionary leader with strong clinical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for home health care.

Office Location: Cobb Place Blvd., Kennesaw, 30144

Responsibilities

As Branch Director, you will supervise the clinical operations of your team of field staff and report directly to the Agency Administrator. You need to be organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing. Understanding issues related to the delivery of home health care services and problem-solving abilities are essential. Previous home health and management experience will be valuable, and a strong knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines is highly beneficial as you will review plans of care regularly.

Qualifications

1. Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state where the position is based.
2. Must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
3. Minimum of one-year nursing experience within the last 36 months.
4. Medicare home health experience is strongly preferred.
5. Previous management/supervisory experience is preferred.

Requirements

Must have a current driver's license and automobile insurance.
