Overview

The Director of Nursing / Branch Director will oversee operations of our home health agency in Bradenton, FL, ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with Medicare regulations.

You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. This role requires a visionary leader with strong clinical expertise, organizational skills, and a passion for home health care.

Responsibilities

As Branch Director, you supervise clinical operations of your team of field staff and report directly to the Agency Administrator. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills. Understanding issues related to home health care delivery and problem-solving skills are essential. Prior home health and management experience, along with knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines, is highly beneficial as you will review plans of care daily.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state where the position is based.
• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Minimum of one-year nursing experience within the last 36 months.
• Medicare home health experience preferred.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
