Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd in Aiken, SC seeks a Director of Nursing for our Emergency Department. This leadership role requires a seasoned emergency nurse with strong management skills to drive high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

You will provide strategic direction, ensure regulatory compliance, develop and manage budgets, lead HR practices, and promote staff development through interdisciplinary collaboration to improve safety, efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSN required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of emergency nursing experience.
• Previous management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current South Carolina RN license with CPR, ACLS, and PALS.
• Proficient in fiscal management and HR management.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision and strong decision-making skills.
