Qualifications

• BSN is required; MSN preferred.
• 3–5 years in emergency nursing
• Previous management experience in healthcare is essential.
• SC RN license with CPR, ACLS, PALS.
• Fiscal and HR management knowledge.
• Independent with strong decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the ED nursing team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets for efficient resource use.
