Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as the Director of Nursing in our Emergency Department, located in Aiken. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Emergency Department nursing team.

Qualifications:

• Previous management experience in a healthcare setting is essential.
• Current South Carolina RN license, along with CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Proficient in fiscal management and knowledgeable in HR management.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong decision-making skills.
