• Participate in QAPI initiatives and quality improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with Administrator, Medical Director, and department heads to improve care delivery.
• Promote staff accountability, teamwork, and a positive workplace culture.
• Prepare for regulatory surveys and assist with corrective action plans when needed.

• Oversee the daily clinical operations of the nursing department to ensure safe, high-quality, resident‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Current, active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Previous Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing standards, CMS regulations, and Ohio long‑term care requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership, staff management, and clinical decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
