Position Overview:

The Director of Nursing provides clinical and operational leadership for all nursing services, ensuring compliance, quality outcomes, and person‑centered care aligned with Christ's Home's mission and values.

This role is ideal for a nursing leader who enjoys being visible, engaged, and influential, while guiding staff, supporting survey readiness, and continuously advancing clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

This is a Full‑time position.

Required Attributes:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Pennsylvania or eligible)
• Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey process
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team‑building skills
