Complete Care at Middlebury in Connecticut is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our 58-bed CMS 5-Star skilled nursing facility and drive clinical excellence and resident-centered outcomes. You will provide strategic leadership for nursing services, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor staff, and work with administration to meet quality targets and survey readiness.

This role requires an active RN license in CT, prior DON experience in long-term care, and a passion for compassionate,

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Connecticut (CT) is required.
• Previous Director of Nursing experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey processes.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Passion for delivering resident-centered care and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all nursing services and clinical operations.
