Qualifications

We’re seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations, drive quality outcomes, and oversee all nursing services in a resident-centered environment committed to compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all nursing services (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
• Drive quality outcomes (wound care, falls, infection prevention, medication management)
• Ensure regulatory compliance (CMS, PA Department of Health) and survey readiness
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing nursing team
• Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary leadership
• Support staffing, scheduling, and nursing budget initiatives

Qualifications

Required:

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania
• 3–5+ years of nursing leadership experience in SNF/LTC
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and PA Department of Health standards

Preferred:

• BSN (Master’s preferred)
