The DON provides clinical and operational leadership, ensures regulatory compliance, and advances person‑centered care aligned with Christ's Home's mission.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania or eligible.
• Proven leadership in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey process.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
• Commitment to faith-based, nonprofit values and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all nursing operations and clinical services.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, Pennsylvania Department of Health, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain ongoing survey readiness and lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, retain, mentor, and develop nursing staff.
• Foster a positive, resident-focused culture.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders, residents, and families.
• Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for high-quality resident care.
