You will join an established team with strong regional and corporate support. The DON will oversee daily operations, mentor nursing leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and drive quality

Qualifikationen

• Active New Jersey RN license or compact RN license.
• Directorship in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and clinical compliance.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead teams, develop staff, and drive positive clinical outcomes.
