Job summary

Complete Care at Milford Manor in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department. This hands-on clinical leader will drive quality outcomes, mentor staff, and maintain high standards of resident care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

The DON will oversee daily operations, ensure CMS compliance, advance infection control and quality initiatives, and collaborate with administration and interdisciplinary teams to improve clinical

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey required.
• Previous Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting required.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and clinical compliance.
• Proven leadership, communication, and staff management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
