Complete Care at Marcella in Burlington, NJ is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team at a 150-bed skilled nursing facility with a 5-star CMS rating.

The DON will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive clinical excellence while partnering with administrators and interdisciplinary teams to meet facility goals.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license or valid compact RN license required.
• Prior Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and clinical compliance.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead teams, develop staff, and drive positive clinical outcomes.
