Job summary

Complete Care at Holiday City in Toms River, NJ seeks a hands-on Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team at a 180-bed skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on inspiring staff, improving clinical outcomes, and maintaining high resident care standards.

The DON will ensure regulatory compliance, mentor nursing leadership, and partner with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to achieve quality care and survey readiness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license or valid compact RN license.
• Previous Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical regulations, survey processes, and infection prevention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care.
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing leadership and clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations.
