Complete Care at Milford Manor is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing department in Milford Manor. We are looking for a hands-on clinical leader with proven experience in skilled nursing and long-term care who can drive quality outcomes, support staff development, and maintain high standards of resident care.

The DON will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, ensure CMS compliance, lead infection control, and collaborate with leadership to improve clinical outcomes

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey required.
• Previous Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting required.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and clinical compliance.
• Proven leadership, communication, and staff management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
