Job summary
CareRite Centers, LLC seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) for the Manchester, TN center. The DON will lead all nursing talent and drive policy development to ensure exceptional resident care and outcomes.
The role emphasizes building a committed clinical team, ongoing training, and reducing hospitalizations through proactive leadership. The ideal candidate holds TN RN licensure with DON/ADON experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and a track record in skilled nursing facilities.
Qualifications
- RN licensed in TN.
- At least 1 year DON or 2 years ADON experience.
- Knowledge of State and Federal Regulations.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Ability to educate staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Lead all nursing talent in the facility.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Build clinical team by hiring and retaining qualified staff.
- Ensure nursing staff have tools/resources to deliver exceptional resident care.
- Provide ongoing training to deliver excellence.
- Coach nursing staff to align with our mission and resident wishes.
- Prevent incidents by training team.
- Assess health needs and develop plans of care.
- Coach and develop clinical team to prevent rehospitalization.
