Reflections Retirement Community in Danville, IL is seeking a Part-Time CNA to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care aligned with each resident's care plan. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and support independence.

This role emphasizes dignity, confidentiality, ongoing learning through staff meetings and seminars, and collaboration with the clinical team. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, and an Employee Referral program.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.01 Hourly

Job Shift: 1st shift

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned
