Atrium Centers is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing department, guide clinical excellence, support nursing teams, and ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care in a compliant, well-organized environment.

As DON, you will oversee discharge planning, ensure accurate charting, monitor care quality, participate in surveys and inspections, and collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders to drive resident care and operational success.

Formación

• Current RN state license.
• CPR Certification.
• 5+ years of long-term care nursing experience.
• 3+ years of nursing leadership or management experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, dependable, and solution-oriented leadership style.
• Excellent attendance and professional reliability.

What You Bring

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) state license; BSN preferred

• Current CPR Certification

• 5+ years of long-term care nursing experience

• 3+ years of nursing leadership or management experience in long-term care preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Positive, dependable, and solution-oriented leadership style

• Excellent attendance and professional reliability
