Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking an experienced nursing leader to help manage the nursing department in a resident-centered, 100% employee-owned setting. You will oversee discharge procedures, ensure accurate charting, and collaborate with leadership to uphold clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.

The role requires an active RN license in Michigan, CPR, and at least 3 years in long-term care. A positive attitude and dependable attendance are essential as we support residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 3 years of long‑term care experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive, can‑do attitude and dependable attendance.
• A genuine passion for improving the lives of residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the overall management of the nursing department.
• Support planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining resident discharge procedures.
• Review and ensure accurate charting and documentation of nursing care.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Promote a positive, supportive environment for residents and staff.

Education
