Atrium Centers in Muskegon, MI is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help manage the nursing department and uphold clinical standards. This 100% employee-owned community offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus and a mission to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

If you’re a licensed RN with CPR and at least 3 years in long-term care, you’ll lead charting, discharge planning, and regulatory compliance while fostering a positive team environment.

Qualificações

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Assist with the overall management of the nursing department.
