Job summary

Southern Healthcare Management is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to support leadership across our long-term care facilities. The role focuses on directing nursing care, coordinating clinical services, and ensuring regulatory compliance within a sub-acute setting.

Responsibilities include supervising the clinical team, budgeting support, and acting as a backup to Nursing Home Administration as needed. A strong emphasis on teamwork and quality care is expected.

Qualifications

• ASN or higher is required.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• 1+ years nursing leadership experience.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing/sub-acute care is preferred.
• Proficient PC skills and EMR software.

• Provide overall direction, coordination and evaluation of nursing care and services to patients and residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing/sub-acute center (all units).
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the clinical department, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and leadership oversight.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in nursing (ASN) or above required
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required.
• One (1+) years nursing leadership experience required.
• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing / sub-acute care setting strongly preferred.
• Must be proficient in the use of a Personal Computer and possess ability to navigate Windows and Microsoft Office programs, Internet-based Applications, and EMR Software.
