Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents.
- Maintain quality care that is consistent with company and regulatory standards.
- Assume responsibilities of daily operations in the absence of the Executive Director.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Valid State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current CPR certification
- One to three (1-3) years of management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care; restorative or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
- Supervises nursing staff and others for whom they are responsible
- Proficient in the use of personal computers
- Ability to travel, including overnight stays
- Maintain regular attendance
