• 1-3 years of management or supervisory experience in long-term care or acute care preferred.
• Supervises nursing staff and maintains quality care standards.
• Willing and able to travel, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents.
• Maintain quality care that is consistent with company and regulatory standards.
• Assume responsibilities of daily operations in the absence of the Executive Director.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Valid State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Current CPR certification
• One to three (1-3) years of management or supervisory experience in long-term care or acute care; restorative or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Supervises nursing staff and others for whom they are responsible
• Proficient in the use of personal computers
• Willing and able to travel, including overnight stays
• Maintains regular attendance
