Your Role as the Director of Nursing
As the
Director of Nursing, you will lead a dynamic nursing team with a focus on high-quality care, team development, and operational excellence. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping patient outcomes, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring regulatory and clinical compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor nursing staff to excellence in care and teamwork
- Oversee daily clinical operations and staffing within budget guidelines
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
- Promote exceptional patient care through staff education and training
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Champion quality improvement, best practices, and continuous learning
- Handle hiring, performance reviews, and staff development
- Maintain a safe, clean, and collaborative work environment
- Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning
What You Bring
- RN License in good standing (ASN required, BSN preferred)
- 5+ years of full-time clinical experience, with 2+ years in leadership/supervision
- Prior experience in hospital or mental health settings preferred
- BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems (Kipu a plus) and sound clinical judgment
- Strong understanding of behavioral health practices and patient safety
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance

- Familiarity with glucometers, UDS, vital signs, med administration, etc.

Bonus Details:
- $2,500 paid after 90 days of employment in good standing
