Odin Health & Rehab Center is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to join our leadership team in Odin, IL. This full-time role offers competitive pay and a $7,500 sign-on bonus, along with comprehensive benefits.

The DON will lead nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to strategic facility planning while mentoring teams to deliver high-quality resident care in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Prior nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and support nursing staff in a collaborative, resident-focused environment.
• Ensure patient care meets local, state, and federal regulations.

The Director of Nursing is a key member of the Odin Health & Rehab leadership team and plays a vital role in coordinating a patient-centered nursing strategy focused on delivering exceptional resident care. Who We’re Looking For:

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Team-oriented leader passionate about quality resident care
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
