Odin Health and Rehab Center in Odin, IL is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in part-time roles. We offer a $6,000 RN sign-on bonus and a $2 shift differential for evening and midnight shifts, along with a comprehensive benefits package and daily pay options.

As part of our nursing team, you will provide high-quality resident care, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support resident outcomes.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the Director of Nursing.
• Encourage restorative care and resident independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care provided.
• Support and mentor nursing staff in a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Ensure resident comfort, safety, and well-being while following facility standards.
• Contribute to a workplace focused on mentorship, growth, and professional development.
