Job summary

Ebenezer is seeking a Director of Nursing (RN) to lead the Skilled Nursing TCU/LTC units at Jones Harrison in Minneapolis, MN. This RN position ensures the quality of patient/resident care, services and outcomes and integrates nursing with other disciplines for a team-based approach aligned with Ebenezer philosophy.

The role requires strong leadership and regulatory knowledge, with a focus on maintaining high standards of care and staff development.

Qualifications

• RN with vocational/technical training or associate degree.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR & AED or equivalent.
• ANACC Gerontology certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and clinical compliance of nursing care for residents.
• Plan, develop and direct new and enhanced health care programs.
• Provide ongoing leadership and oversight of the nursing department; assist with hiring.
• Adhere to budgets and support occupancy marketing plans.
• Foster relationships between nursing and medical staff and with vendors.

• AHA: BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR & AED) Program or BLS Provider - BLS Instructor. American Red Cross: CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and/or Healthcare Providers, Life Guarding First Aid/CPR/AED
