Job summary

Ebenezer is seeking a Registered Nurse - RN to provide personal cares in our Bloomington, MN skilled nursing facility at Martin Luther Care Center TCU and LTC. The role supports residents’ physical and emotional well-being and collaborates with care teams.

Responsibilities include monitoring care plans, coordinating medications, updating care documentation, and adjusting plans as physician orders change. Requires MN RN license and BLS/CPR certification; benefits and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Current MN RN license by start date.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers or CPR for Professional Rescuers required; 3-week grace period.
• Experience with electronic charting systems preferred.

Job Overview

Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN who would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the adult residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our patients in our Bloomington, MN skilled nursing facility location, Martin Luther Care Center TCU and LTC!

Nursing schedule includes;

• 32 hours in two weeks
• Evening shift
• Every other weekend

• Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan
• Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
• RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed
• Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

Required

• Current MN RN license or by start date
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
• (3 week grace period for BLS)

Preferred

• Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
• Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
• Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers
• Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population.
