University Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Miami, FL. This role focuses on building a strong, compliant nursing program that delivers dignified, safe, and exceptional resident care.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of employment and current CPR/BLS certification.

• Minimum of four years of nursing administration experience.

• Two years of acute care nursing experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of OBRA, applicable Joint Commission standards, and nursing home regulations.

• Subacute and geriatric experience preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or health administration preferred but not required.
