You will manage daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor staff, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and drive quality assurance and infection control initiatives to uphold high standards.

Qualificações

• Active RN license
• Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
