RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive professional image
• Work independently, managing daily operations with attention to detail
• Create a caring environment that respects patient dignity
• Maintain high-quality nursing care for psychiatric and mental health patients
• Deliver and evaluate patient care
• Lead in medical or psychiatric emergencies, providing intervention and de-escalation
• Ensure blood collection meets safety and regulatory standards
• Work flexible hours, including early, late, weekends, and holidays
• Foster a friendly environment to encourage repeat donors
• Serve as a professional and compassionate ambassador for the organization

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school
• At least 1 year of leadership experience (e.g., head nurse, supervisor)
• Current licensure from the State Board of Nursing in the state of employment
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Verification of TST (tuberculin skin test) as required by law
• Current BLS/CPR certification (as per facility requirements)
