Skilled Nursing Facility of Hudson is seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care. This role requires strong leadership, policy development, and collaboration with physicians to coordinate patient care.

You will manage staffing, supervise hires and performance evaluations, oversee medical records, and ensure compliance with State, Federal, Joint Commission, and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• RN license with nursing home experience (5+ years); 2 years as DON
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of medical records management
• Proficiency in shift management and scheduling
• Experience supervising nursing staff and collaborating with physicians
• Understanding of resident rights and ethical practices
• Anatomy knowledge for patient assessment
• Experience in hospice and acute care settings

Responsibilities

What You Will Do
