Job summary

Glenwood Health Center by Harborview is actively seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and coordinate high-quality resident care. The DON will oversee staff hiring, training, policy implementation, and performance evaluations to ensure exemplary clinical operations and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with extensive nursing home experience and at least two years in a DON role, possessing strong leadership, record-keeping, and collaboration

Qualifications

• RN with at least 5 years nursing home experience or equivalent
• 2+ years in a director/ DON role or supervisory leadership
• Strong knowledge of medical records management and HIPAA compliance
• Experience coordinating with physicians and managing shifts/scheduling

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise nursing staff including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop or implement nursing policies and procedures.
• Ensure accurate medical records and documentation review.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing

What You Will Do
