Duties as assigned
Registered Nurse with at least 5 years nursing home experience, 2 years as DON
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
In-depth knowledge of medical records management
Proficiency in shift management and scheduling
Familiarity with supervising nursing staff and collaborating with physicians
Understanding of resident rights and ethical practices
Comprehensive anatomy knowledge for patient assessment
Experience in hospice care and acute care settings
