Job summary

The Assistant Director of Nursing will lead and supervise nursing staff, drive policy implementation, and ensure compliant documentation in a faith-based care facility. You will collaborate with physicians to deliver high-quality resident care and oversee staffing while upholding resident rights.

Ideal candidates are RNs with 3–5 years in a nursing home, strong records management, and experience in hospice and acute care settings.

Qualifications

• Strong medical records management knowledge.
