Position Details

• Reports to: Executive Director
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm; flexibility required.
• Location: Gulf Breeze, FL (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the nursing team, fostering a positive environment.
• Oversee daily nursing operations and compliance.
• Ensure high-quality, medically directed patient care.
• Manage staff performance, training, and development.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and develop policies.
• Coordinate with other departments for integrated care.
• Oversee medication administration and safety protocols.
• Participate in quality assurance and audits.
• Promote ongoing staff education and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years in nursing management.
• Minimum 2 years in behavioral/mental health settings.
• Active RN license in Florida.
• BSc in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience in healthcare administration and compliance.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations.
