Since 1996, we have been dedicated to providing quality mental health treatment to adolescent females with chronic mental health needs nationwide. Gulf Coast Treatment Center offers comprehensive mental healthcare and education services for at-risk female adolescents, families, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursing program, including 24-hour responsibility for clinical care and nursing personnel management.
• Establish standards of nursing practice and develop policies and procedures for all clinical services and patient care.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Current Florida RN licensure in good standing
• 5-7 years of nurse management experience, preferably in a psychiatric setting
• Experience as a CNO/DON in a psychiatric setting is preferred
