Crestwood Fallbrook Healing Center in Northern San Diego County is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead nursing operations, including infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality assurance, medical records, and staff education.

The Director ensures policy compliance, drives quality improvement, and supports marketing and networking with referral sources to strengthen patient care and program growth.

Qualifications

• Must possess California RN license and current registration.
• At least one year of nursing supervision within the last five years.
• Experience in behavioral health settings is preferred.

Title: Director of Nursing

Job Duties

The Director of Nursing directs and coordinates all aspects of nursing, including, but not limited to, infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality assurance, medical records, and staff education. The director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Director of Nursing is also responsible for the maintenance of quality improvement activities in compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations. In addition, the Director of Nursing supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing and potential referral sources.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the State of California as a Registered Nurse.
• Shall have at least one (1) year of experience in nursing supervision within the last five (5) years.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range: $135,200—$135,200 USD
